NOLA Spice Company was created form the LOVE of cooking in my childhood kitchen. Living in the French Quarter, The heart of New Orleans, my family spent countless hours mixing and blending of perfect an ALLSPICE that is sure to excite everyone's taste buds.
Born out of my French father and Italian mother's heritage, along with the melting pot of so many cultures that settled in the south we created the authentic taste of New Orleans cuisine that is now known as NOLA SPICE.
